ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter is a high-precision intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter developed by Shandong CAMCT Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. with integrated front-end design concept and process technology. The product adopts monocrystalline silicon composite sensor, highly reliable electronic modular design, precise temperature and linear correction system and intelligent manufacturing technology to ensure high precision, high stability and consistency of the product.

The product has complete intelligent diagnosis, simulation, monitoring, local configuration and a variety of communication functions, complete specifications of liquid material, high performance electromagnetic compatibility and lightning protection characteristics, and has been widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, petroleum, petrochemical, environmental protection, food processing, medicine, building materials, light industry, nuclear industry and other industries.

High stability

The basic accuracy of ZY8000 smart transmitter is 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). After 10 years of continuous use, it can still maintain 99.9% of accuracy, saving considerable maintenance costs. The ZY8000 smart transmitter uses a solid metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, which can cope with extreme chemical and mechanical loads, and has strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability to ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000 transmitter.

Intelligent diagnosis and simulation

★ Intelligent diagnosis
ZY8000 intelligent transmitter has integrated diagnosis function to monitor the operation process and its own status in real time. After exceeding a defined number of events, the transmitter enters a fault alarm state and outputs an alarm current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) to provide a control signal for the system interlock or SIS safety system. In case of failure, the LCD display will automatically display "Err", and automatically analyze and display the failure components, making the maintenance, repair and replacement of the instrument simpler and more convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be started through HART, FF, PA and other protocol communication, and the alarm can be expressed in the form of warning or fault protection current. It can automatically diagnose the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without recalibration.

★ Simulation
The simulation function of the transmitter can simulate the process status to obtain the measurement data, and can also be used to check the connection and output status of the transmitter loop. The simulation output parameters include: pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic part temperature. The simulation output mode includes: fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. During the simulation, the output of the transmitter does not change with the change of the field pressure, and it returns to the normal measurement state after the key operation or the power failure and restart of the transmitter.

Diversified configuration mode

★ Powerful local configuration
All parameters can be entered quickly and easily in the field using 3 keys and a high contrast LCD display. Output signals for minimum, maximum, damping, and error events can be set in the field. By means of the keys, it is possible to adjust the span, the characteristic curve, the electrical damping (up to 100s) over a range of 50:1. At the same time, various display units can be selected on site. Such as liquid level measurement: mmH2O, inH2O, mmHg, etc. The powerful simulation function and online diagnosis function of PDS can provide you with powerful help in system joint debugging or loop detection.
★ HART or bus communication configuration
You can use a PC or laptop, handheld communicator, or any compatible process control system software to adjust all parameters using the HART, PA, and FF bus communication protocols. This means that the measured values and transmitter parameters are transparent at any point in the signal circuit. The use of well-known process device management (PDM) software based on the Windows operating system can save a lot of time regardless of the user's experience.

A variety of anti-corrosion materials

Even when measuring extremely corrosive substances, a suitable solution can be found in the ZY8000 smart transmitter. The isolation diaphragm is available in 316L, Hastelloy, tantalum, Monel, gold plating, etc. The parts of the transmitter in contact with the measuring medium, such as the chamber, drain valve, vent plug, insert cartridge assembly, etc., can also be made of corresponding anti-corrosion materials according to the measuring medium, which can ensure the reliable operation of the transmitter even in strong corrosive environments such as chlor-alkali, salt making, seawater, etc.
