Thermocouple has many advantages such as flexibility, high pressure resistance, fast thermal response time and durability. Like industrial assembled thermocouples, it is used as a temperature sensor, usually used with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators. At the same time, it can also be used as a temperature sensing element of assembled thermocouples. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid surface from 0℃ to 1300℃ in various production processes.

Working principles

The electrode of the thermocouple is composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, the thermoelectric potential will be generated, and the working instrument will display the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
